Well I can safely say that I am not happy to be back in the real world and would prefer to be away, not thinking about money or work or anything like that.

Anxiety Blip

Massive anxiety blip this morning, strated on the way to work and finished about 2 hours into my shift. I spent the rest of the day walking around like a living zombie becaue I was so tired.
Still got a few more bits to do for work tomorrow then I need to sleep.
Not sure what I'm going to do if this carries on as it;s affecting my work and is leaving me exhausted for the majority of every day. I think I probably just need another new big project to focus all the anxity on.
Think if there's another attack tomorrow then I'm going to have to get off the caffeine and start a reallys erious exercise regime as well as the various anxiety exercises again.

Scottish Cycle - a brief report

This place rocks. And rains. We've been drenched twice now and we've only been cycling for 3 days!
Have done 120 kms in the last three days and still have another 20kms to do before we get to our B&B tonight.
So far the route has been
Sleeper train to Aberdeen
Aberdeen to Stonehaven - 27 mile
Stonehaven to Montrose - 26 miles
Monstrose to Broughty Ferry 33 miles- we're in a library 10 miles from Broughty Ferry now
Starving for lunch now - the joys of doing pretty much 25 miles before lunch.
Will post pics and a larger review when I get home. Can safely say that scotland is amazingly beautiful, the Caledonian Sleeper is an awesome way to travel, my knees ache badly and padded cycling shorts rock.

Anxiety

I always struggle with the anxiety when I'm on lates at work. It seems to be that sitting around, doing a few odd jobs and waiting for the time to go in actually makes me anxious about work itself.
This could explain why the last few days I've been on late's I haven't been able to get up in the morning easily.
Think this morning it's going to be a full blown anxiety attack as I'm losing the battle to control it.
Can't remember the last time I had a full on attack which I s'ppose is a good thing.
